- Backwash and drain filter tank and filter piping
- Inspect all plumbing advise owner of potential issues if any
- Advise owner of main water cut off if not within pool enclosure
- Install algaecide
- Store chlorinators and chemicals feeders
- Submit detailed inspection report of condition of pool facility and related equipment at closing
- Secure safety pool cover
