COMMERCIAL SWIMMING POOL MANAGEMENT
Community Pool Service swimming pool management contracts may be custom designed to meet your needs. At a minimum, our contracts include:

Professionally and rigorously trained lifeguards
Annual training in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid. Weekly on-site in service training by on of our safety auditors.
Guaranteed on-time opening from opening day until the end of the season
Community Pool Service guarantees to open your pool on time each day under the specifications of the contract agreement.
$12,000,000 liability insurance coverage
Have peace of mind this summer – our insurance is per occurrence.
24/7 live assistance
You’ll have live access to a Supervisor or Upper Management 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Daily pool supervision with weekly owner’s meetings
Your pool will be supervised daily and we require our Area Supervisor to meet with a managing agent at minimum once per week.
Complete winterization
Full winterization service:
- Disconnect piping
- Add antifreeze
- Remove and store pool ladders, handrails, lifeguard chairs, cleaning equipment, and pool furniture
- Drain pool 16” – 18” below waterline tile
- Backwash and drain filter tank and filter piping
- Inspect all plumbing advise owner of potential issues if any
- Advise owner of main water cut off if not within pool enclosure
- Install algaecide
- Store chlorinators and chemicals feeders
- Submit detailed inspection report of condition of pool facility and related equipment at closing
- Secure safety pool cover
Fully-certified service department
Our full-service construction department is completely in-house. We also have NSPF Certified Pool Technicians.
Hospitality training that includes welcoming customers and conflict resolution
All Lifeguard personnel must complete the Hospitality Training before being staffed at a pool. This training covers welcoming patrons and guest, cleaning bathrooms, conflict resolution, and creating an enjoyable swimming pool experience.
MAINTENANCE SWIMMING POOL SERVICES

- Pool Opening
- Bi weekly/weekly cleaning and water balancing services

- Drain and clean services (deep cleaning of pool shell)
